Providing Consultant Pharmacist Services for our frail, elderly nursing home population is a core mission to us, and is at the heart of our name. Through the performance of comprehensive monthly Drug Regimen Reviews, we can identify potentially unnecessary medications and prevent unwanted drug side effects. These and other factors picked up on our reviews give us a unique opportunity to impact directly on each resident’s quality of life. Of course, there is so much more to being a Consultant Pharmacist in Long Term Care facilities.
