Our Clinical Consultant Pharmacists play an integral role in the lives of residents in Assisted Living Facilities through the optimization of medication use. Each Facility receives on-site visits from the Pharmacist on a monthly or quarterly basis, as requested by the facility administration. All issues identified are reviewed with the appropriate staff. Specific recommendations for medication therapy changes are  forwarded to each individual's private physician for evaluation and implementation, where appropriate.
